Hi, I'm Hannah Cepik — Product Manager with an anthropological perspective, global experience and analytical mind.

About me

Product Manager with a research background, working with complete focus on solving real problems, with measurable business impact and tangible user value.

Combining strategic thinking, active listening, and systems thinking to design products to deliver more than functionalities — they deliver clarity, conversion, retention, and trust.

I worked with global teams at AB InBev (BEES), leading discovery, prioritization, and implementation initiatives for products used by millions of retailers in North America, LaTam, Europe, Africa and Asia.

Today, I work as Experimentation and Growth PM at Better Collective, where I created an A/B testing process to boost conversions on sports media platforms in the US.

But mainly - I just want to build something cooler than last time

In 2015, I was awarded the Minas Mundi Fellowship to study at Utrecht University in the Netherlands, where I deepened my knowledge in social sciences, digital anthropology, and tech, as well as expanded my international academic experience, and engaged with a diverse global community.
I received a CNPq scholarship to pursue my Master’s degree in Social Sciences at UFRRJ after ranking 2nd in my cohort. This recognition supported my research in Anthropology, and marked a key milestone in my academic and professional development.
This merit-based scientific initiation incentive program is aimed at undergraduate students from all areas of knowledge and aims to insert students into the scientific environment early on. I received this award as a freshman in university.
